I cannot seem to find the “the kingdoms” part. I am trying to play stainless steel mod and it will not run because of that being missing. Any insight on this, please?

Can anyone explain me why my antivirus keep pointing a malware in the “Prophet” folder? More precisely on a steam.dll file
it is seen as a virus because this steam.dll must do something the antivirus didn’t like in order to make you play the game
when i try opening the game, it opens my steam, what i must do
You see the Prophet folder after you mount the image? copy that to the main directory of the game usually under SEGA\Medieval II: Total War, the problem that I still dont get is where is the kingdoms.exe? I am not sure how I would play mods with this, anybody knows how?
